# Welcome

**Minezone** is a community-first, ERC-20 based token project running on the Abstract network. It introduces a **fair-mining model** through both **Proof-of-Work (PoW)** and **Proof-of-Stake (PoS)** mechanisms and blends DeFi with gamification for a unique user experience.
